Due to most of our items being custom and personalised to the individual, we cannot accept returns on any items or orders that are custom and personalised unless there has been a fault in the item in which the item must be returned within 14 days from purchase. 

Please make sure to check spellings on any personalised/custom items- it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure spellings are correct when ordering. Refunds are not accepted for personalised/custom items where the buyer has 

 made a mistake.
